This is the latest email from Michelle about Val...Please keep praying that she will be healed!!! Believing!!! "Good evening everyone, Valerie got the results back today from her PET scans. I am regretful to say, but the scans didn't come back the way we all had hoped. The cancer has spread to some additional lymph nodes, 2 more vertebrate in her back, and has also moved into her right lung. The doctors started her on a new form of chemo today and are trying to get her an appointment tomorrow with the raditation doctor. They would like for her to have a radiation treatment on her back before she goes home. This is a different form of chemo that she hasn't done before. With this particular treatment you only get 1 round of chemo every 3 weeks. So after the round today and hopefully a raditaoin treatment tomorrow she will come home for 3 weeks before returning to Tulsa to get another round. After the 2nd round she will wait 4 weeks so that she can have another PET scan. This PET scan will show if the new treatment of chemo is working or not. We need to all say as many prayers as possible over the next 7 weeks that the PET scan, after 2 rounds of chemo, is working. I will keep everyone posted as hear of anything new. Believing, Michelle"
